 The shadow diagrams for every day of the year and can be created instantly and clearly highlight the solar access of your or neighbouring properties. It is a great tool to maximise the natural light flow through out your building. 

 In combination with digital photographs taken on site the impact on views can be assess and will reduce the chance of objections from opponents to your project as they can “see” what impact the development will have on their views.  

 Through the use of 3D modelling the client gets even in the early stages of the design process the opportunity to see the project in its “built” form and queries about the impact to its surroundings can be displayed quite easily.
